What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought, typed into Stripe's checkout form. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• When you join the list: the email address or phone number you give us, and when you joined.
• On your device: your cart and a discount code you were given, kept in your browser's local storage or on your phone in the app. They stay on your device until you check out.
• When you visit: our host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, to run and protect the site.
• Page views: Vercel Web Analytics counts which pages are visited, the site that sent you there, and your country, browser, operating system and device type. It sets no cookies, doesn't tell us who you are, and doesn't follow you to other sites.

How we use it

• To take payment, ship your order and answer you about it.
• To send drop news, and a discount code when one comes with joining the list.
• To keep our books and meet our tax and legal duties.

Who holds it

Stripe

takes the payment, and holds your name, email, shipping address and card.

Convex

is our database: orders, stock counts and list signups.

Shippo

gets your name and address when we buy a shipping label.

Postmark

delivers the emails we send you.

Vercel

hosts the site, keeps its server logs and counts page views.

Each one handles it for us under its own privacy policy. Stripe may set its own cookies on the checkout form to prevent fraud. If you pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, that service's terms apply too.

Workout tutorials

Exercise tutorials play in an embedded YouTube player. YouTube loads only when you press play, using its privacy-enhanced player. Once loaded, YouTube receives information such as your IP address and browser details, and handles playback under its own privacy policy. You can read the exercise tips without loading YouTube.

What we don't do

We don't run ads, track you across other sites or apps, or sell your personal information. Our only analytics are the page-view counts above. YouTube's player may show ads under its own policies. There are no accounts or passwords.

Your choices

• Email biggainzz209@icloud.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the list.
• We keep order records as long as our books and the law require, even after we delete the rest.
• Clear this site's data in your browser, or delete the app, to remove what's on your device.

Children

BIGGAINZZ isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us theirs, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
